Looking for a great way to spend your vacation? Beautiful Newport Beach home just 3 houses from the sand available for rent. Nicely appointed, 3 bedroom, 2 bath house. 1400 sq/ft and 2 parking spaces in prime Newport location. Close to Newport Pier and tons of activities. Newport Beach sand as well as Newport Harbor are just steps away.
Front of property, which is really in the "back." Entry is from the alley side. Washer and Dryer located in garage that fits 1 car, and tandem carport for car number 2. Propane BBQ located on living room balcony.
